Self Pay:
We make chiropractic care easy and affordable! Our cash rates are very reasonable and are often as low as $50 per visit. First visit $40 exam rate applies. We can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement on out-of-network benefits.
In-Network Insurance:
Currently, we accept and are In-Network with most health insurance carriers. Call us today to check your specific benefits.

Additional Fees:
There is an additional $20 dollar fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including:
